Multifamily, Adaptive Reuse
Details designed the adaptive reuse of a 7,000-square-foot, 1920s-era, brick automobile dealership into a mixed-use project including a 2,500-square-foot retail space, two residential flats, a glass studio, repair shop and warehouse.
Interior features include the original steel support members, 14-foot ceilings, 8-foot doors, stone wall remnants from the site’s 1836 mill structure, with windows and outdoor living space overlooking the Neshobe River waterfall.
